Yeah, so that’s what happens when you party on Koninginnenacht – you can’t wake up on Koninginnedag, to do all those wonderful activities one’s supposed to go for. This time, I was happy I missed it! I wanted to see the queen, but at the same time some one else wanted to see her
dead. So a maniac just drove into the crowd gathered to say hello to the queen. No reason whatsoever, so drugs or alcohol, the man was just temporarily insane, I guess. He managed to kill himself after damaging some other.. I was sleeping very well at that time.
Booom booom booom shake the room!! Let it be trance! Let it be salsa! Let it be disco!! The boats passing up and down the canal in front of my house are soooo damn loud! I was trying to cover it up with my sound system, but it’s too damn loud!! Well I guess it won’t hurt to try and listen some of the street/water beats..

I love crowds, people and the craziness of those days!! I love to see everything getting hectic, garbage on the streets and drunk people in orange everywhere.. so I took a longer walk around.. after 20 minutes I decided I didn’t like it anymore as much as I used to.. that crowds are annoying, that people are pissing me off when they’re touching, that I need my freedom to walk

normally on the street and not need to bump into another guy after 5 more steps, that the people are too loud and crazy.. am I getting older?! Well some people never liked that, so that should be a good consolation, right?! I returned to my lovely cat-guest and spent the rest of the afternoon quietly.
